This is a progressive organisation where you can really make a difference. We are seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Technical Architect - Field Service Management to join the team.
The Salesforce Technical Architect will consider the HD architecture, organisational culture, operating model, and integrate these into their solution design. They will strive to find optimal solutions rather than just textbook ones. They will help design and deliver healthy implementations for enterprise-grade customers using Salesforce products, primarily recommending the best solutions based on requirements and explaining trade-offs.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce Field Service solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical best practices.
2. Guide architecture decisions for integrations, data migrations, data models, customizations, and platform performance optimization.
3. Conduct code reviews to assess quality, adherence to coding standards, and technical design.
4. Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide efficient solutions.
5. Assist with development tasks, bridging architecture and development.
6. Mentor and guide the development team, fostering continuous improvement.
7. Collaborate with product development to identify solutions for technical limitations.
8. Explore functionalities like GraphQL, offline development, and Apex development.
9. Partner with Business teams to translate requirements into feasible solutions.
10. Manage tasks within Jira, breaking down solutions into actionable items.
Key Skills & Experience:
* In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Field Service concepts, functionalities, and configurations.
* Proven experience in designing and implementing complex Salesforce solutions.
* Strong understanding of integration patterns, data migration, and data modeling.
* Experience with Salesforce customization techniques (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components).
* Proficiency in code review practices.
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Strong communication and collaboration skills.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Experience with Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum).
* Knowledge of User Stories, Use Cases, Sequence Diagrams, and solution specifications.
Good to Have:
* Experience integrating Salesforce with SAP PM, SAP HR modules.
* Experience with SAP PI/PO systems.
* Knowledge of ETL tools such as MS SSIS.
* Experience in training Salesforce audiences as per requirements.
