What you’ll do:
As a Recruitment Lead, you’ll manage our recruitment operations for leadership and colleague roles within Argos Fulfilment centres and Sainsbury's depots. You’ll focus on consistency, efficiency, and continuous improvement. The role involves data management, stakeholder engagement, and change management in a fast-paced environment. You will lead and develop a team of recruiters to deliver excellent experiences for hiring managers and candidates, from attraction to job offer, and help find top leadership talent for our Argos business.
Who you are:
You are a passionate recruitment professional, committed to the impact of recruitment on team success, business performance, and customer satisfaction. You thrive in delivering recruitment metrics, large-scale campaigns, and leveraging technology and data for decision-making. Preferably, you have line management experience and have worked in retail or large-scale recruitment. You are skilled at building relationships at all levels, working autonomously, and prioritising effectively.
Essential skills:
* Experience in high-volume recruitment campaigns and initiatives.
* Proven success in improving recruitment KPIs.
* Strong communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
* Knowledge of inclusive recruitment practices and implementing meaningful changes.
* Understanding of recruitment technology and HR systems.
* Problem-solving skills and a mindset for continuous improvement.
