We are looking to recruit an experienced recruitment consultant to join our finance department here at Service Care Solutions.

With an existing client base, there is work to come in and hit the ground running alongside Business Development. You will be driven and resilient, with a real passion for success. This position will cover temporary and permanent recruitment across the public sector, private practice, and in-house markets with a strong opportunity to expand across these sectors.
As a Senior finance recruitment consultant, you will be liaising with senior-level professionals daily, so strong communication skills are key. Given the size of the market and the scope for progression, this position would also suit someone who is competitive, ambitious, and has a real passion for delivering high-quality service.
About You:
* Previous experience in finance recruitment would be highly desirable. We are open to experience within permanent or temporary finance recruitment.
* A proven track record of business development and evidence of growing your existing market.
* History of generating new business leads, signing terms of business with new clients, and driving recruitment sales.
* Ability to manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing candidates to negotiating job offers.

* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
