An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Northern England (predominantly Yorkshire) territory as a Clinical Therapy Consultant within the Pain Therapies team. The role is focused on ensuring optimum therapy outcomes for our patients.
If you are a new graduate with a proactive, positive, can-do mindset and a self-starter attitude eager to develop your career and clinical expertise with Medtronic, this role is for you. It is a temporary role (12-18 months) with an opportunity to become permanent.
A Day in the Life
* Manage customer and patient interactions with Medtronic devices.
* Provide technical support in the operating theatre and patient clinics.
* Perform troubleshooting functions and resolve customer issues in key accounts.
* Collaborate effectively with sales, clinical, and engineering teams to ensure best practices of our devices within key accounts.
* Stay updated on competitor knowledge and promote Medtronic products aligned with clinician and service needs.
* Provide data in line with weekly business demands.
Must Haves
* Degree in Bio-Science, Radiography, Life Science, Biology, Physiotherapy, Nursing, or another relevant, advanced degree (preferably in Neuroscience).
* Healthcare-related experience with a commercial mindset.
* Strong organizational skills.
* Excellent communication and influencing skills.
* Driving license.
Nice to Haves
* Knowledge of theatre etiquette and hospital policies related to industry interactions.
* Experience in clinical or technical interactions with healthcare professionals and patients.
