Permanent | Central London | Hybrid Working
Working on the Sizewell C Project. Lead performance. Drive clarity. Shape delivery on one of the UK's most significant nuclear infrastructure programmes.
Responsibilities
* Manage and integrate all project controls functions across cost, schedule, risk, change and reporting.
* Produce high‑quality month‑end reporting and lead performance review sessions.
* Coordinate and assure project controls data from supply chain partners.
* Drive progress reporting, forecasting, variance analysis and opportunities for improvement.
* Present clear narrative and insight to senior stakeholders.
* Support digital‑first ways of working and continuous improvement in project controls delivery.
Qualifications
* Strong experience delivering project controls across large, complex infrastructure programmes.
* Competence across multiple control functions — cost, estimating, planning, risk and change.
* Solid understanding of earned value analysis and performance measurement.
* Ability to lead within a matrix environment and influence senior stakeholders.
* Confident communicator with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Desirable
* Professional recognition (AACE, PMI, APM etc.).
* Experience with modern reporting/analytics tools such as Power BI.
* Knowledge of NEC/FIDIC contracts and/or nuclear sector experience.
