Purpose of the Role The Accounts Assistant will support the finance department with a range of responsibilities across invoicing, contract renewals, customer portal management, data processing, system reconciliation, and CRM support. This is a hands-on role and would suit someone who enjoys working in a collaborative finance team and has strong Excel and systems skills. Skills and Experience needed Finance Experience: Demonstrated experience working in a finance function, ideally in a similar role. CRM Experience: Hands-on experience using a CRM system (e.g. Salesforce, Simpro, HubSpot, etc) Excel Proficiency: Creating and using pivot tables VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH Creating formula-driven spreadsheets Data validation, conditional formatting Building and maintaining reconciliation templates Attention to Detail: Accuracy in financial input and reconciliation. Able to communicate clearly with colleagues and franchisees, both in writing and verbally
