Support Worker
Role details
* Pay rate: £14.00 per hour
* Shift Pattern: 8 hour day shifts (10am-6pm) Monday to Sunday
* Location: Little Stoke, Bristol
What you will need
* Experience with Learning Disabilities
* Experience with Autism
* Behaviours that can be perceived as challenging
* Full UK Driving Licence and good understanding of the local area
What will your shift involve?
In this role, you will be providing, hands-on Team Leader. We work together in a wide variety of locations to support adults and children with complex care needs, and a range of both physical and mental disabilities. We are person-centred and the needs of the people we support are at the heart of everything we do. Our teams are passionate about working in close partnership with the people we support to provide outstanding, tailored care that promotes empowerment, and do everything possible to help our clients to access new experiences.
