About The Role
As the Commercial Finance Controller for CHC [OTC, Derma & Zoflora], you will play a pivotal role in driving financial performance and strategic decision‑making for the Consumer Health Care business. Reporting directly to the UK CFO and working closely with the CHC Director, you will lead key financial processes, challenge stakeholders, and add value through insights across sales, marketing and operations.
How You Will Make An Impact
* Lead performance agenda with insights, challenging Sales & Marketing stakeholders.
* Oversee monthly business reporting for CHC, including P&L management, performance reviews, and identifying risks & opportunities.
* Proactively engage in key business processes such as S&OP and new product launches.
* Drive financial planning for CHC, coordinating and presenting to the CEO and CFO.
* Ensure balance sheet control across rebates, accruals, and prepayments.
* Optimize ROI on advertising and promotional spend, with a focus on digital channels.
* Manage Net Revenue strategies, including pricing, trade terms, promotions, mix, and price-pack architecture.
What Makes You A Great Fit
* CIMA or ACA qualification with solid post-qualification experience, ideally in the pharmaceutical industry.
* Excellent numerical and analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
* Proven ability to communicate and engage effectively across all levels of stakeholders.
* Experience with SAP, BI, and AI tools is preferred.
* Time management, prioritisation abilities, and autonomy to drive initiatives.
* Strong presentation skills, with the ability to "bring the story to life."
