The successful candidate will assist in production processes, maintain a clean and safe workspace, and ensure tasks are completed efficiently and to high quality standards. Key Responsibilities Assist with general manufacturing and engineering tasks as required Operate basic machinery and tools (training provided where necessary) Support skilled engineers and technicians in production activities Handle materials, including loading and unloading deliveries Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the workshop and work areas Follow health and safety procedures at all times Conduct basic quality checks on products Report any faults, damages, or safety concerns to supervisors Work as part of a team to meet production targets and deadlines Skills and Experience Previous experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment (preferred but not essential) Good practical skills and willingness to learn Ability to follow instructions and work independently when required Strong attention to detail Good physical fitness (role may involve manual handling) Basic understanding of health and safety practices Personal Attributes Reliable and punctual Positive attitude and strong work ethic Team player with good communication skills Flexible and adaptable to changing workloads
