TSA Surveying are currently representing a large employee-owned property consultant who are looking to make a strategic senior hire into their Manchester M&E design team. The company in question has just under 1000 employees and has a turnover more than £150million, they are now targeting their next phase of growth to get to £250million turnover by 2030.
As a property consultant they predominantly employ project managers, quantity surveyors and building surveyors, however as part of their strategic plans they are diversifying their revenue streams with complimentary service lines. A large focus within this has been the growth of their M&E offering within the past 5 years.
The successful candidate will be expected to play a key role in delivering projects through RIBA 1-7 stages, with likely a large focus on estate improvement including but not limited to sustainability and decarbonisation improvements.
Personal Specification:
Relevant qualifications to a minimum of HNC level in either mechanical engineering or building services.
Prior track record of delivering projects within a building services consultancy environment.
Belong to a professional / industry body.
Prior track record, and interest in sustainable engineering including decarbonisation projects.
