Pay Rate: £13.75 - £14.50 per hour, depending on experience
Are you passionate about supporting children with behavioural needs and helping them thrive in a school environment? We’re looking for a dedicated Behavioural Specialist Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in the Speke area.
About the Role:
* Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with behavioural and emotional needs.
* Implement tailored strategies to promote positive behaviour and engagement.
* Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to deliver individualised plans.
* Support pupils in developing social and emotional skills in a nurturing environment.

The Ideal Candidate:
* Experience working with children with challenging behaviour or SEMH needs.
* Calm, patient, and resilient with excellent communication skills.
* Ability to build strong, positive relationships with pupils and staff.
* Team player with a proactive approach to supporting learning and wellbeing.
