Job Description: We are looking for a Performance Creative Alchemist, a role that combines data analysis, creative direction, and strategic thinking to turn content into high-performing social media assets. You will be involved in ideation, briefing, post-shoot editing, and strategic planning, working closely with our team and clients to produce impactful content that resonates and drives results.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading ideation workshops and creating compelling idea decks
Collaborating on post-shoot content development
Writing clear, outcome-driven creative briefs
Managing the full lifecycle of creative projects
Translating data and insights into creative strategies
Maintaining relationships with freelancers and creators
