As the successful candidate you will be customer focussed and have excellent communication skills and are fully competent in all Microsoft Office applications and ability to adapt to bespoke ERP system.
Duties will include:
* Order Processing across 3 commercial divisions
* Handling after sales enquiries, providing customers with contract balances
* Handling inbound telephone calls
* Working with production sites to effectively plan workload working to agreed SLAs
* Complaint resolution
* Administrative duties as required

* Excellent attention to detail.
* Customer service experience within a Commercial environment.
