We are currently seeking a warm, enthusiastic, and dedicated individual to join our award-winning team as a Wellbeing and Activities Assistant. If you are passionate about enhancing residents' lives, we would love to hear from you!
ABOUT THE ROLE
The Wellbeing and Activities Assistant will support the Wellbeing Coordinator by providing a variety of activities that promote residents' physical, cognitive, and social well-being.
Additional responsibilities include:
* Maintaining a safe living and working environment, contributing to the positive image of the home.
* Reporting changes in residents' physical or emotional conditions to the Wellbeing and Activities Coordinator, Home Manager, and care staff.
* Assisting with ordering and preparing supplies for activities.
* Building links with the local community (e.g., schools, spiritual groups, museums, libraries) to promote intergenerational activities and community access.
ABOUT YOU

Our ideal candidate will:
* Have effective verbal and written communication skills.
* Understand the importance of interaction in residents' well-being.
* Possess a positive attitude towards older adults and a commitment to providing stimulating activities and social events.
* Hold a valid driving license and be willing to drive a minibus.
