We're recruiting dedicated and compassionate Care Workers to join our Specialist Services Team to provide care to our clients in and around the Southend area. You'll be providing care and support to clients who have a range of needs which may include: Tetraplegia Skeletal disorders Brain Injury Cerebal Palsy Epilepsy Tracheostomy Autism & Challenging Behaviour Pressure sores & treatment Feeding assistance Bowel Management Personal Care Medication Management Various shift patterns are available, including: 6am - 8am & 4pm - 8pm Weekdays 9am - 5pm Weekends 4 - 7pm Weekdays School support hours 8:30am - 3:15pm We have new clients to support all the time, so if you are looking for regular and consistent work either days or nights in the Southend area and are flexible to work some weekends, please apply. We provide a comprehensive clinical training and induction programme, overseen by professional nurses, to ensure you have the skills and confidence to succeed in your role working as a Care Worker in the Specialist Team. We are looking for people who have excellent people skills, are great communicators and can work effectively in a team as well as independently. Previous caring experience is required.
