Job Overview / Responsibilities:
* Caring at Home Your Way; provides home care services to people across Portsmouth and surrounding areas. We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic care assistant to join our friendly team to deliver quality care to a high standard to individuals in their own home.
* Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, dressing, and meal preparation.
* Support clients in maintaining their independence while providing companionship and emotional support.
* Medication support
* Cook, clean, and provide home-style laundry services as required.
* Access the local community; coffee, shopping, appointments.
Experience:
* No experience needed, full training is provided and paid for
* Chance to earn fully funded NVQ Level 2 & 3 qualifications in Health and Social Care
Pay / Contracts / Available:
* £12.21 during initial shadowing, up to £14.00 afterward, time shadowing depends on experience
* £100 a month expense fuel
* Full time, Part time
* Flexible working hours, happy to hear carers requirements

* Sleep in shifts available at £50 a night, can attach to a previous early or evening shift
* 1 hour minimum visits in the morning guaranteed, 45 mins afterward
Requirements:
* Access to a car due to travelling in the community
* 12 week probation
* Alternate weekends
* Full UK driving licence.
* Female only
* No more than a 25 minute drive from Portsmouth
