Our client, a full-service, tier-one automotive and industrial component supplier, is seeking a Manufacturing Technician to join their team. As a Manufacturing Technician, you will be part of the production team supporting quality assurance and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Manufacturing Technician
Location: Trenton, OH
Pay Range: $17.00 per hour
* 1st shift: 6:40 am - 3pm Monday - Friday
* 2nd shift: 2:40 pm - 11:00 pm Monday - Friday
* 3rd shift: 10:40 pm - 7:00 am Sunday - Thursday
What's the Job?
* Perform production and/or assembly of parts in a safe manner adhering to all safety policies.
* Conduct visual and gage inspections of parts produced by various manufacturing processes.
* Pack parts into specified containers as per standards.
* Maintain 5S and LEAN manufacturing standards.
* Communicate effectively to avoid unplanned downtime and inform leadership of maintenance needs.
What's Needed?
* High School Diploma or GED holder.
* Experience working in a manufacturing environment is required.
* 1-3 years of machine operating and troubleshooting experience preferred.
* Working knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, robotics, and electrical discipline preferred.
* Experience with Microsoft Applications (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
