Overview
Writer/Journalist Programme role at The Borgen Project. This is a part-time, remote, unpaid programme: 12 hours per week for 12 weeks. If your availability is limited, you can complete the programme in fewer weeks. The role focuses on content creation for BORGEN Magazine or The Borgen Project Blog.
With 20 years of experience in advocacy, The Borgen Project works at the political level to improve living conditions for people affected by war, famine, and poverty. The organisation aims to keep poverty top of mind in U.S., Canadian, and U.K. foreign policy.

Responsibilities
* Article writing.
* Researching topics.
* Assisting with The Borgen Project's advocacy efforts.
* Assisting with fundraising. Create a personal fundraising campaign and meet targets.
Experience / Qualifications
* No prior experience is necessary; we’re looking for people who are passionate about fighting poverty and righting wrongs, regardless of GPA/background.
Details
* This is an unpaid programme, although college credit is available.
* Start Date: New programmes begin every month; you choose the month you wish to start.
