Workforce Intelligence Assistant, Workforce Development & Redesign
Band 4, 37 hours per week
Summerfield House / Remote
An exciting opportunity is available for a motivated individual to join the Workforce Intelligence Unit (WIU).
The successful candidate for this post will assist WIU in providing accurate workforce information using a variety of systems including Power BI. This information will inform decisions and thereby meet the strategic aims to provide the best standards of service to patients throughout NHS Grampian.
Applicants should be educated to HNC/SVQ (SCQ 7) level in computing or an equivalent. With proven advanced knowledge and use of Microsoft Excel and other office packages. They are required to have excellent communication and time management skills and be motivated to learn and develop within this role.

As from 1/4/26, the Agenda for Change full-time working week will be reducing from 37 to 36 hours per week. Part time hours will be reduced pro-rata. However, there will be a corresponding increase in the hourly rate so that pay will not be affected.
