Home Manager - Elderly Residential and Dementia, Worcestershire. Are you an inspiring leader with a passion for delivering outstanding care? We’re searching for an experienced Registered Home Manager to lead our warm, welcoming residential and dementia care home.
Responsibilities
* Take full responsibility for the safe, effective, and compassionate day-to-day running of the home
* Lead, motivate, and develop a dedicated care team, promoting a culture of kindness and excellence
* Ensure compliance with all CQC standards and continually drive improvement in quality of care
* Build strong relationships with residents, families, and external healthcare professionals
* Manage budgets and resources effectively to maintain high standards in every aspect of the home
Qualifications
* Proven Home Management experience within elderly care (residential or nursing)
* Strong understanding of dementia care best practice
* Excellent leadership and communication skills
* A passion for delivering person-centred care and achieving outstanding outcomes
