Field Service Engineer

Your role involves visiting customers' homes across Potters Bar and nearby areas to repair appliances, ensuring they are operational again. You will manage your schedule, communicate progress to customers and colleagues, and monitor stock levels in your van daily.
A valid driving license is essential. Bonus incentives are available for upselling products. The ideal candidate will be organized, possess strong communication skills, and be committed to achieving the best outcomes for customers.
Experience as a White Goods Engineer is preferred but not mandatory. We value self-motivation, technical ability, and customer service skills. Our City and Guilds-approved in-house training program prepares you to deliver excellent service.
Starting salary is £33,903 per annum for candidates without White Goods experience, with potential to earn up to £38,423 after training and meeting minimum requirements.
If you have at least 6 months of recent White Goods Engineering experience, the starting salary is £38,423 per annum.
Additional benefits include up to £6,962 London Allowance, bonus potential of up to £2,500 annually, enhanced overtime rates, up to 6% pension contribution, and staff discounts on products and retailer services.
This role requires the ability to lift and maneuver heavy objects, work in confined spaces, and demonstrate hand dexterity and color vision. Employment offers are contingent upon safety testing, including wire identification.
