We are seeking a passionate and reliable Chef to join our kitchen team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes, maintaining food safety standards, and contributing to a positive and efficient kitchen environment. Key Responsibilities Prepare, cook, and present dishes in line with company standards and recipes Assist in menu planning and development where required Ensure consistent food quality, portion control, and presentation Maintain high standards of food hygiene and comply with all health and safety regulations Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering and stock rotation Minimise waste and work efficiently to meet service demands Support and collaborate with other kitchen team members Ensure the kitchen remains clean, organised, and fully compliant at all times Skills & Experience Required Previous experience working as a Chef or in a similar kitchen role Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices (Level 2 Food Hygiene preferred) Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment Strong organisational and time management skills A positive attitude and strong team ethic Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required What We Offer Competitive salary (dependent on experience) Supportive team environment Opportunities for training and development Staff meals and company benefits (where applicable)
