Key Responsibilities
· Cutting fabric
· Upholstery & cushion sewing
· Prepping Upholstery materials & scheduling
· Working with Design team on new products and processes
· Maintaining work area and equipment
· Maintain excellent product knowledge
· Ability to meet daily target (Takt Time)
· Cross-training in other manufacturing areas
· Participating in team meetings
· Supporting continuous improvement initiatives
Essential Criteria
· Positive attitude & eagerness to learn
· Ability to work as part of a team & independently
· Basic numeracy and ability to measure accurately
· Ability to meet daily targets and work efficiently under pressure
Desirable Criteria
· Experience in manufacturing
· Basic sewing or upholstery skills
· Ability to use hand tools and basic machinery safely
