<div><h3>Overview</h3><p>Full‑time permanent Family Nurse role within the Cambridgeshire & Peterborough Family Nurse Partnership (FNP) programme. Supports vulnerable, hard‑to‑reach young mothers in their first pregnancy.</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Deliver the FNP intensive preventive home‑visiting programme to first‑time parents.</li><li>Mentor and supervise other staff within the programme.</li><li>Provide leadership expertise and contribute to quality assurance and continuous improvement.</li><li>Work flexibly and creatively to meet service user needs, including outside core hours.</li><li>Ensure safeguarding of children by applying child protection protocols and best practice.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>First‑level degree.</li><li>Significant community nursing or mid‑wifery experience with vulnerable and complex families.</li><li>Knowledge of the current public health agenda, particularly the Healthy Child Programme.</li><li>Excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills.</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>Strong safeguarding awareness and experience.</li><li>Ability to work creatively and flexibly to achieve programme outcomes.</li><li>Willingness to work collaboratively within local and wider service and system.</li></ul></div>
