Senior Product Manager, 1P Supply Efficiency
Amazon Transportation Services (ATS) is seeking a detail-oriented, analytical, and customer-obsessed Senior Product Manager to lead strategic initiatives in Middle Mile transportation. You will define the vision to set new standards for customers and stakeholders while ensuring high performance.
In this role, you will collaborate with operations, technology, and finance teams to develop and implement strategies that increase Amazon Managed share of the Middle Mile network. You will operate in a fast-paced environment, leading both strategic and tactical initiatives by deeply understanding business and technical domains.
Key job responsibilities
1. Own business strategy and implementation across Europe.
2. Coordinate programs across technology, operations, and product stakeholders.
3. Launch products, monitor performance metrics, and report on key objectives.
4. Use data to identify operational challenges and develop continuous improvement initiatives.
5. Collaborate with other Amazon departments to leverage best practices.
6. Lead multidisciplinary teams within a product environment to overcome challenges and drive progress.
7. Manage stakeholders, internal processes, and define standards.
A day in the life
As a Product Manager, you will plan, implement, and improve initiatives to ensure smooth operations. You will work closely with Amazon colleagues to understand their workflows, share your expertise, and identify new opportunities. You will lead the design and implementation of these opportunities, encouraging your teams to meet deliverables and proactively seek data-backed improvements.

The ATS team is vital to Amazon’s delivery speed, utilizing air, sea, and road transport, along with advanced sortation centers. Minimum requirements
1. Experience in product management.
2. Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
3. Experience owning end-to-end product strategy and communicating results to senior leadership.
Preferred qualifications
1. Master's degree or MBA in business, operations, human resources, or related fields.
2. Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
