Location: Surrey (hybrid working: 3days office, 2 days home/road)
Remuneration: £45,000 - £60,000 + £10,000 - £15,000 bonus

The role of the Business Development Manager Commercial Roofing Services will involve:
BDM position promoting a range of roofing and cladding refurbishment services
Selling into Surveying Practices, Building Surveyors and Property Managers
Building and developing working relationships with new and existing clients
Our client wants you to identify new opportunities in London and the South, especially in the commercial property and surveying sectors
Targeted to generate 10 qualified sales leads per months for the Estimating Team
Dealing with projects ranging in value from £50k to £2m
The ideal applicant will be a Business Development Manager Commercial Roofing Services with:
Must have construction sales experience, ideally within the roofing market sector
Experience selling into Surveyors, Surveying Practices, and Property Managers would be highly advantageous
Comfortable building our clients social presence and utilising your personal social media
Sound understanding of roofing and building legislation
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Strong numerical skills
IT literate (Microsoft Office and CRM systems like HubSpot)
Ambitious, energetic, driven, articulate and organised individual
