B2B Growth Marketing Manager - Sports Marketing Agency

Marketing Manager sought by an exciting & rapidly expanding Sports Marketing Agency in London, to lead the the day-to-day marketing activity across the agency, generating brand awareness & strengthening their position in the market.
This is an excellent opportunity to join an integrated agency that have grown rapidly over the last few years, and play an important role as they look to continue on their growth trajectory over the coming years.
The successful candidate must have extensive B2B marketing experience within either the sports industry or in similar agency environment, and be comfortable leading the execution of their marketing plan across owned, earned and shared channels.
Day-to-day:
* Lead execution of the marketing plan across owned, earned and shared channels, maintaining a consistent drumbeat of external communications that raises market awareness
* Identify and amplify news, updates, wins and thought leadership, working with internal teams to uncover and shape compelling stories
* Manage the content calendar and oversee multi-channel output including website, LinkedIn, email and social, ensuring high-quality, on-brand messaging
* Maintain and evolve website content, including services, team, case studies and credentials, keeping it current and aligned to positioning
* Own and develop sales enablement materials such as credentials, case studies, proposals and sector-specific collateral to support new business efforts
* Support pipeline growth through marketing-led lead generation, outreach content, events and account-based marketing activity, tracking performance and impact
* Act as brand guardian, ensuring consistency across all communications while embedding best practices for capturing and showcasing work, results and testimonials
Key Skills:
* Experience in marketing, business development or sales enablement, ideally within an agency or related sector
* Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to translate information into clear, engaging content
* Strong understanding of LinkedIn and B2B marketing best practices
* Experience managing websites, content platforms and marketing channels
* Proven ability to create and maintain pitch decks, credentials and proposal materials
* Confident working with senior stakeholders and gathering input across a business
* Commercially aware, with an understanding of how marketing supports growth and new business
