We are looking for a meticulous Architectural Technician to be the champion of our quality standards. You will be the crucial link between our clients' architectural plans and our creative artists, safeguarding the accuracy that our brand stands for.
Your Impact and Responsibilities:
* Uphold Integrity: Meticulously review architectural drawings from clients, architects, and landscape architects, ensuring our 3D models are built with flawless accuracy.
* Refine the Process: Assist in briefing projects for production to ensure a smooth start and maintain comprehensive project documentation to support our workflows.
* Drive Excellence: You will be the final checkpoint for technical quality, comparing 3D assets to original drawings and ensuring they meet our high standards before they go live.
* Foster Learning & Collaboration: Partner with our content team to upload and verify assets on our live systems, translating technical details and fostering a shared culture of quality.

Essential Skills:
* The ability to read and interpret UK architectural drawings is an absolute must.
* Exceptional organisational skills and a keen eye for detail.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Desirable Skills:
* A degree or HND in Architectural Technology.
* Experience in the UK housebuilding industry or working with new build homes.
* The ability to use AutoCAD; familiarity with Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator is a plus.
* Familiarity with 3D software such as Unreal Engine or Blender.
