Are you an enthusiastic and dedicated Early Career Teacher (ECT) looking to make your mark in secondary education?
We are currently seeking passionate and committed Secondary ECTs across all subject areas to join our network of partner schools from September 2025. Our schools are based in Lichfield, Tamworth, Burntwood, Cannock and surrounding areas, offering a variety of teaching opportunities to suit your needs – whether you’re looking for full-time or part-time roles, long-term placements, or flexible day-to-day supply.

We’re Looking For
* Qualified Early Career Teachers (ECTs) with QTS (or expected QTS by September 2025)
* A genuine passion for teaching and inspiring young people
* Excellent communication and classroom management skills
* A flexible and proactive approach to your teaching career
Requirements
To be considered for the role of ECT Secondary Teacher- September Start you will:
* UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – newly qualified or within your first two years.
* A proactive attitude and strong classroom management skills.
* Ability to build rapport with pupils and staff quickly.
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply through ABC Teachers).
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
* UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – newly qualified or within your first two years.
