Job Description:
Cambian employees are friendly, supportive, and all focused on achieving the best outcomes for everyone involved with our service. We are looking for Senior Team Leaders to be part of our New Opening to build a stable and welcoming environment where our young people are central to everything we do.
As the new Senior Team Leader, you will be emotionally strong and driven to make a difference day to day. Most importantly, you will understand our children and their backgrounds, ensuring their needs are at the center of our actions. You will be approachable and detail-focused, ensuring our children’s safety at all times, and that all protocols and regulations are fully followed.
Do you have what it takes to encourage and help our children live independently, guiding and teaching them with your own life experiences? We believe you will need empathy, compassion, resilience, and positive parenting skills.
The working day can be unpredictable, with activities organizing in the morning and 1:1 support in the afternoon.
Cambian employees are friendly, supportive, and committed to achieving the best outcomes for everyone involved with our brand.
We seek enthusiastic, energetic, flexible, and caring individuals to join our team across the Warrington and Runcorn regions to improve the lives of the young people in our care.
As a Senior Team Leader, you will be involved in all aspects of their daily lives, and your positive impact will be immeasurable.
In addition to a Refer a Friend Scheme, we offer:

Shift Pattern: 16-24 Hour shifts (including Sleep-ins) on a one-on-two or two-on-four basis.
