Key Accountabilities
* Report to the Area Manager and create & drive the ultimate Charlotte Tilbury brand experience, exceeding KPIs and inspiring the team to perform at their best.
* Be a customer‑experience pioneer; turn customers into ambassadors and showcase the true magic of Charlotte Tilbury through product sale, leading by example and encouraging repeat visits.
* Act as a coach and mentor, supporting and developing the team through on‑the‑job training, coaching and ongoing support.
* Collaborate and innovate, building lasting relationships cross‑functionally in retail and head office.
Requirements
* Proven management experience, operating at Deputy Manager level or above, with a track record of delivering exceptional results across KPIs and people, ideally in a fast‑paced environment such as beauty, retail or FMCG.
* True leadership, believing the strength of the team matches that of the manager, inspiring them to be their best selves and empowering limitless thinking.
* Highly organised, problem‑solving, able to think on feet with an innovative spirit, adapt style and implement processes and routines.
