We have an excellent opportunity for an organised, proactive Executive Support Administrator who enjoys being at the centre of a busy professional environment.
This full time position will suit someone who is highly organised, self-motivated and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Providing diary and meeting support for senior stakeholders
* Organising internal and client meetings and managing calendar invites
* Coordinating travel arrangements and itineraries
* Preparing, formatting and managing internal and external documents
* Supporting the maintenance of the firm’s Client Records Management system
* Managing room bookings and shared calendars
* Drafting and monitoring stakeholder mailboxes, responding where appropriate and escalating matters requiring input
* Assisting with the planning and coordination of internal and external events
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
* Experience with desktop applications, particularly Microsoft Suite
* Good technical skills with the ability to adapt to new systems and technology
