Our historic venue hosts thrilling cricket matches, including T20 clashes and County Championship fixtures, as well as large-scale concerts and corporate events. From serving matchday crowds to providing VIP hospitality, this is a chance to be part of an exciting and fast-paced environment.
As a Hospitality Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of exceptional food and beverage operations whilst leading and motivating a dedicated team to create truly memorable experiences for our guests. The hourly rate for this casual role is £12.50
Here are some desirable qualities required for this role...
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Excellent knowledge of Food & Beverage operations
* Ability to lead a team effectively and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
* Strong problem solving skills and ability to work under pressure
* Flexible with working hours, including evenings and weekends, depending on event schedules
* Proven experience in a Hospitality Team Leader role or similar position would be advantageous
