The client, a well-established consultancy with a great reputation across the South East, who are looking to bring in an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their team This is a fantastic opportunity to join a people-first business with a strong pipeline of projects and a supportive culture. The Role: You’ll take responsibility for the commercial management of live projects, working from early cost planning through to final account. You’ll be client-facing, detail-oriented, and commercially astute—comfortable managing budgets, negotiating with subcontractors, and reporting to senior stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: * Managing project finances from inception to completion * Preparing valuations, cost reports, variations and final accounts * Procuring subcontractor packages and managing ongoing payments * Liaising with site teams, design teams and external stakeholders * Monitoring commercial risk and ensuring contract compliance What We're Looking For: * Strong background in quantity surveying, ideally within consultancy or residential construction * Excellent knowledge of JCT contracts and UK construction law * Proven ability to manage multiple projects * Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related field * Strong communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills What's in it for you: * Up to £75,000 salary depending on experience * Car allowance and attractive benefits package * Career progression in a collaborative and growing company * Flexible working options (office, home, site) * A company that values work-life balance and professional development How to apply: Please send an up-to-date CV in strict confidence or contact the office The ITS Group is committed to promoting equal opportunities in employment.
