This is a customer service role focused on customer retention, such as when their contract expires, and includes opportunities to increase revenue through upselling and discussing additional services.
Salary is £25,000 with a realistic uncapped OTE of £40,000, with many team members exceeding this.
You will learn about our broadband products and services, then assist customers in recontracting and upgrading their services and equipment. You will collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer operations teams to improve customer retention. Training will be provided on using our database to track customer orders and satisfaction. The role involves a mix of inbound and outbound calls.
Note: this is an office-based role. To contact some customers out of hours, there is one late shift from 11am to 7.30pm per week, and one Saturday shift (which can be worked from home) every four weeks, with time off in lieu the following week.
Key attributes include curiosity, excellent listening skills, ability to build rapport quickly, and a focus on earning potential of £40,000 or more.
