About the Role As an SIA Tutor, you will deliver engaging, compliant, and outcomes-focused training across a range of SIA qualifications, including: * Door Supervisor (Level 2) and associated SIA Licence * CCTV Operator (Level 2) and associated SIA Licence * Award in Door Supervision in the Private Security Industry * Award for CCTV Operators in the Private Security Industry * Emergency First Aid at Work (Level 3) * Embedding K9 Dog Handling as added value You’ll also: * Deliver Functional Skills up to Level 2 alongside security training. * Provide clear guidance, assessment, and feedback to learners. * Support learner engagement and achievement in line with KPIs. * Maintain full compliance with Ofsted, Matrix, and internal quality standards. * Deliver Information, Advice and Guidance (IAG) throughout the learner journey. * Work collaboratively with the wider training team to drive learner success. The Ideal Candidate We’re looking for someone who: * Holds a Level 3 qualification or has substantial SIA industry experience. * Holds (or is willing to work towards) a recognised teaching qualification (PTLLS, AET, or equivalent). * Has Maths & English Level 2 or equivalent. * Demonstrates excellent communication, motivation, and organisational skills. * Is learner-focused, adaptable, and committed to quality delivery. Desirable: * Experience with e-portfolio systems (ideally OneFile). * IAG Level 2 qualification or willingness to complete it. * Familiarity with Ofsted frameworks and inspection processes.
