Operations Supervisor - 9 Month Maternity Contract - Harrogate
Our client is a well-respected UK engineering manufacturer, currently recruiting an Operations Supervisor to support a 9 Month Maternity Contract. The Operations Supervisor will be responsible for supporting and supervising Order Processing teams at our client’s Head Office in Harrogate.

Operations Supervisor – Duties & Responsibilities
* To lead and develop order processing teams to ensure team SLAs are met and maintained. Be responsible for Department Recruitment, Training and Coaching.
* Create a climate of accountability and empowerment with team members to ensure exceptional and consistent customer experience.
* Identify any common queries/trends effecting customer service delivery and ensure solutions are created and executed in line with business plans.
* Maintain confidentiality, sensitivity and respect, ensuring all data is handled in line with data protection and used for a specific, business-related purpose only.
* Take pro-active action based on the good news, red flags, and ideas raised by team members in the monthly 1 to 1.
* Accountable for QMS in the department and the management of all procedure documents relating to the team roles. Identify risks and take action to minimise or remove these risks.
* Liaising with internal departments to ensure effective and efficient customer service levels are maintained, and customer communications are consistent.
* Managing team members day to day including workloads, absence, performance through KPI’s, any disciplinary or general management requirements.
* Reporting to line management on team activity in relation to trends in demand and forecasting productivity against demand.

The Operations Supervisor position is full-time, working Monday – Friday 37.5-hour week, 9-month maternity contract based onsite in Harrogate. Offering Circa. £30,000 basic salary plus great benefits for the successful candidate.
