Position Overview
The role involves installing, maintaining, diagnosing, repairing and providing expert service for intruder alarms, fire alarms, CCTV and access control systems.
Responsibilities
* Install and maintain intruder alarms, fire alarms, CCTV and access control systems.
* Diagnose and repair system faults efficiently.
* Deliver expert advice and support to customers.
Requirements
* Experience : Minimum of 2 years in the security or electrical industry with a strong focus on installation, maintenance and servicing of security systems.
* Proven track record with intruder alarms, fire alarms, CCTV and access control systems.
* Skills :
* Technical proficiency in installing and maintaining security systems (IDS, Galaxy IP CCTV, Fire Alarm Systems).
* Strong understanding of current products and technologies within the security industry.
* Excellent troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
* Commitment to outstanding customer service.
* Attention to detail in documentation and compliance.
* Capability to collaborate and work independently.
* Qualifications : Relevant certifications in electrical or security field.
* Full current driving licence.
