CRM and Social Media Manager
Position: Required for a luxury tour operator based in central London. Home-based or hybrid options are acceptable. Experience in CRM and social media management within the travel industry is essential, preferably for a similar company. Salary ranges from £45,000 to £55,000 plus a great bonus and benefits.
Responsibilities:
* Manage the company's email program and social media activity.
* Report directly to the Head of Marketing in a standalone role.
* Define and develop the organic social media content strategy.
* Monitor and report KPIs.
Required Skills:
* Experience in CRM and social media management within the travel sector, ideally luxury travel, or senior executives aiming to step up.
* Strong analytical skills and proficiency with tools such as Zoho, Hootsuite, GA4, and Meta platforms.
