This is a permanent, site‑based role with an immediate start for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support to site management and project teams.
* Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and site records.
* Assist with daily workflows, scheduling, and coordination.
* Update and manage system data using internal platforms.
* Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders.
Requirements
* Ensure compliance with company procedures and project requirements.
* Previous experience in a Construction Administration role is essential.
* Experience using Novade and Day Looks is preferred.
* Strong organisational, communication, and IT skills.
* Ability to work on‑site full‑time (08:30–17:00).
* Must be able to undergo a Disclosure Scotland Check.
