Please see the Job Description for further details, a summary is below: Be responsible for the day to day running the hub, including establishing a timetable of activities for service users and rotas for staff Responsibility for the supervision, management and development of your staff team Responsibility for ensuring the hub you lead provides high quality, effective and person centred treatment to those accessing the service Undertaking HR processes such as managing attendance, performance improvement planning and appraisals with staff Recruitment and induction of new staff Taking action to support your staff team in working towards and achieving targets as set by commissioners Understanding data from the work undertaken in order to support your team in their day to day work within the hub Promotion of Service User Involvement Developing and maintaining working relationships with stakeholders, partnership agencies and other organisations Contributing to county-wide management and governance meetings
