A renowned National Loss Adjusting Organisation is seeking an experienced Loss Adjuster Technician to join their growing team. The role is based in the office, full-time, Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support Adjusters and work actively on claims exceeding £25,000.
* Liaise with internal and external parties, managing emails, calls, suppliers, and clients.
* Resolve customer queries, questions, or complaints, ensuring the best outcomes.
* Appoint suppliers and manage progress independently of Adjuster engagement.
* Minimum of 2 years experience in property claims management.
* Experience in reviewing scopes of work, identifying errors and missed items is preferred.
* Proven team player with excellent time management and organizational skills.
