Qualifications
* Minimum 3 years of experience as front of house managerial/operational in a 4/5 star luxury hotel, cruise line, or related hospitality industry.
* Ability to travel extensively throughout the fleet and self‑manage workload and productivity to ensure maximum output via remote supervision.
* Ability to conduct training sessions at all levels, including one‑on‑ones and large groups.
* Flexibility to manage, focus, direct and encourage a positive, dynamic, diverse housekeeping operation by navigating through a changing work environment.
* Excellent fluent English (verbal and written). Able to give and receive instructions in verbal and written form and engage efficiently with guests and crew members.
