* Represent the nursing workforce in all EPR-related meetings and committees. Advise on the impact of the EPR on nursing practices and lead change management as an EPR champion, including leading super user communities across the ICB.
* Sign off on final solutions on behalf of nursing/midwifery.
* Critique and refine programme plans, assess team capabilities, and monitor delivery to ensure alignment with strategic priorities.
* Assess risks to team capability and hold individuals accountable for EPR delivery, working with the CCIO.
* Investigate nursing errors where EPR is a contributing factor.
* Contribute to review and decision-making on system changes required for the EPR programme.
* Monitor and review clinical safety standards during the development and implementation of EPR systems.
