If you're ready for your next big opportunity, we’vegot great news - to support our continued success, we’re looking for aSales Development/Account Executive to join our fast-paced andambitious Sales Development Team.
The base salary for this role is £27,000 to £30,000 per annum(dependant on experience). However, with uncapped commission the ontarget earnings (OTE), means you could realistically earn between£40,000 to £45,000 per annum.
A bit about the role:
As part of the role, you'll take on a variety of impactfulresponsibilities, including:
* Generate and qualify new business opportunities through calls,emails, and LinkedIn.
* Engage with key decision-makers to understand their needs andoffer tailored solutions.
* Nurture leads into loyal customers through upselling,cross-selling, and relationship-building.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure we sell solutionscorrectly and keep everything aligned using CRM tools like HubSpot.
* Hit and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
What we need from the right person:
To thrive in this role, you'll need at least one year of experiencein B2B or B2C sales. If you’ve worked in the tech or IT industry,that’s a definite plus. You should be confident in cold calling andproactive outreach, with a proven ability to engage potential clientsand generate your leads.
Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, orsimilar tools is essential, as you'll be managing pipelines andtracking interactions daily. Strong communication skills, both verbaland written—are key, along with the ability to negotiate effectivelyand manage your time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
