1. Responsible for designing 3D treatments using Smartee's Smart check design software.
2. Support customers by phone, email, and/or remote support.
3. Actively collaborate with sales and customer service teams to fully meet customer needs.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor's Degree or higher, or equivalent experience/certifications.
2. No specific major required, but Medical/Dental Medicine majors are preferred.
3. Holding a PSW visa.
4. IELTS score of 6.5 or above.
5. Proficiency in Chinese and English as working languages.
