I am seeking an SME experienced and hands-on finance professional to join my well-established client in South Wales.
This company has a great track record in their sector, under 40 staff, a turnover of under £10m and has plans for growth which you can play a key part in.
As their new Finance Controller you will be responsible for the finance function in its entirety and when not providing the accounts information, numbers, data and some analysis you’ll support the owner, with routine HR and Office administration.
Your day as the Finance Controller will look like something along these lines; managing all the ledgers and appropriate transactions, VAT, management accounts, cash flow reporting and statutory reporting. Plus, a range of tasks that complete a well ran hands on accounting and finance function.
You will be a qualified Accountant by trade or qualified by experience and will bring your experience of working in an SME environment to the table.
Systems savvy with a good understanding of Tax and compliance is essential.
A proven ability to lead from the front, with a calm and team player attitude will find you fitting in with this friendly team of people from the start.
