The Role: Retail Assistant
Our Retail Assistants play a vital role in creating a positive shopping experience for guests. Working within themed retail outlets, you will help families find the perfect souvenir, provide excellent customer service, and ensure the store environment reflects the festive magic of the event.
You will:
1. Greet and assist customers, providing product information and resolving queries
2. Upsell and promote offers to meet sales goals
3. Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/card payments
