Head of Partner Coaching We are seeking an experienced and driven Head of Partner Coaching to lead and develop a team of Partner Coaches. This is a player-manager role, combining leadership responsibilities with direct client engagement. Package: Base salary: £50,000 £60,000 (Depending on experience) Pension scheme Excellent bonus structure Key Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 5 Partner Coaches Manage team performance, including setting and monitoring KPIs Act as a player-manager, maintaining relationships with key clients Deliver training, coaching, and ongoing professional development for the team Collaborate closely with the Lead Development team to ensure a smooth handover of new partners (contractors) Promote high standards of service and continuous improvement across the function Requirements: Proven leadership experience in coaching, training, or partner management Strong background within the built environment sector Ability to balance strategic leadership with hands-on delivery Excellent communication, mentoring, and organisational skills This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated leader looking to make a significant impact within a growing and dynamic organisation.
