Experience as leader/mentor or coach within a social engagement venturee.g.Duke of Edinburgh, Scouts, Guides, woodland trust etc GCSE Maths and English level 5 or higher. Three A-levels at grades BBC or BTEC DMM or International Baccalaureate score of 29. Aptitude for maths and in particular data analysis Good IT skills, including familiarity with MS Office software A desire to learn, and the ability to problem solve and work independently whenrequired Adaptable approach to constantly changing environment.
